Yes. The initial session to set up, demonstrate the equipment, and adjust the mask (if necessary) can take 90 minutes. Bring your prescription from your referring doctor.

Clean your mask at least twice a week with a mild detergent and warm water. More powerful cleaners may damage the equipment and create noxious fumes.

Pad the tubing with soft material to reduce friction.
